⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Service from Plumbmedic! We had a great experience with Plumbmedic! From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, and communicative throughout the entire process. He replaced our water heater, installed a new system with updated piping, and made sure everything was working properly. We truly appreciated his responsiveness and dedication to getting our hot water back up and running as quickly as possible. It’s refreshing to work with someone who takes pride in their work and provides quality service. We highly recommend Plumbmedic to anyone needing reliable plumbing services!
Mr. Vern was on time and did a wonderful job. He was very knowledgeable in his line of work. He also check my water system and gave some suggestions on the issue. He's a one shop tech that knows his plumbing. Will definitely call him again for future plumbing issues.
Very nice went above and beyond. Fixed leak previous plumber left me with. Did an evaluation of my home and made several great suggestions. Highly recommend.
Had Plumbmedic replace the pump in my well and while there were a few delays in the process, when the job was done I was satisfied with the work. They were accommodating of the difficulties in my situation and willing to negotiate on pricing when unforeseen circumstances arose.
Very responsive since first interaction, assisted us to resolve the issue very quickly. Great work!!!
I contacted PlumbMedic about a leaking pipe, and after inspecting it, they found the real problem was my home's old pipes. They recommended repiping the whole house, and I'm glad I went with them for it. The technicians were friendly and patient, explained why the old pipes needed replacing, and kept me in the loop throughout what's a pretty big project. Everything is clean, solid, and I finally have peace of mind instead of waiting for the next leak. I'd recommend them to anyone dealing with older plumbing.
Verne was quick to respond, on time, friendly, and professional. Highly recommend.
I hired Vern Richardson from PLUMBMEDIC, and I cannot recommend him highly enough! He earns a well-deserved 5 out of 5 stars for his exceptional service, professionalism, and honesty. Vern replaced two toilets that I supplied. He handled everything seamlessly, including the removal and haul-away of the old units. He installed the new ones perfectly and meticulously tested both for leaks to ensure everything was working flawlessly. In addition to the toilet installations, he replaced a failing single-handle tub and shower faucet and shower head in one bathroom. In the other bathroom, his integrity truly shined. After inspecting the fixture, he gave me excellent, professional advice not to replace or repair the faucet and shower head just yet. He discovered extensive hidden damage in the shower area that requires significant remediation first. Vern could have easily done the quick fix and charged me for it, but his honesty saved me from throwing money away on a fixture that would have to be torn out anyway. It is rare to find a contractor with this level of expertise and true integrity. If you need a reliable, professional, and honest plumber, call PLUMBMEDIC! Vern responded immediately to my service request and was available the very next morning. He arrived exactly as scheduled, completed the primary job quickly, and happily took on additional tasks right away! He did fantastic work and left the bathrooms looking much better than when he arrived.
