Very fast service, professional, personable. Service the way it used to be!
He was not professional he had about three feet of water on floor I had to put towel down to keep water from entering hallway to keep carpet from getting wet he charge me 412.00 and I had to clean up after him and it still leaking so he didn’t fixed it and all so we only get cold water no hot water he made a mess I would recommend him to no one
Working with Jim was the best experience I ever had with a plumber he was very easy going explaining every step great integrity and the whole time finding a way to resolve the issue quickly and efficiently he expertise was so accurate he got the problem solved the first check I would recommend him every time you won’t be disappointed
I’ve used Plumbums twice, both the owner and workers were very professional and flexible and completed the job swiftly. Will for sure use them for future projects.
I decided to use thumbtack at my neighbors suggestion and found Plumbums who was able to come out next day to my home. The plumber was respectful to us and our home, he looked at everything and toilet and found we needed a wax ring to reseal the toilet. He was able to fix it that day in less than 40 minutes for a fair price. We were quoted an exuberant price for a problem that wasn’t there by Roater Rooter. We will use Plumbums again for future summer projects. Just Choose Plumbums!!
Our water meter broke and flooded our basement. These guys came out after hours and helped us. Amazing service and very knowledgeable
Thank you guys! We had a plumbing issue that needed attention and we were able to schedule a time and they promptly arrived and assisted. Totally professional and a great help. Thank you!
Scheduled an estimate never showed up or even bothered to call to cancel!
