Phillip showed up for the job as promised. In fact he was a little early. He was quite pleasant and went right to work. The job was done quite professionally and I would use him again.
The individual was professional, but not knowledgeable. He kept calling his teacher for guidance. This was done and paid for immediately, however I had to call someone in to resolve the installation as the the unit was not coming on at all whereas, before he changed the thermostat, the unit was working. I only changed out to get a SMART unit. Bad work, but pleasant person.
Did a great job. Hvac blowing cooler than before and did not charge an arm and a leg. He thoroughly explained what was needed and did not have a problem running to the store to get the part. I'm pleased with the service received.
