Poe was on time and able to take my computer overnight and identify and the deliver it to me next fixed and upgraded Windows 11. He stayed to make sure everything was working and made sure all my music software was operating.
Without a doubt the best I.t. Technician I have ever met..on time, explained everything, courteous, fixed issues on my wife’s laptop, programs and printers and some on my laptop also. His quoted rates for both remote and in house were SIGNIFICANTLY less than others I had contact with. I have already texted friends about POE so they have someone to call when the inevitable ,happens. I am thrilled to have made contact with such a friendly and thoughtful professional.
Poe did an amazing job fixing my laptop touchpad issue. He came to my home and quickly identified and fixed the problem. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. He was also extremely kind, patient, and trustworthy. Highly recommend Poe for any computer or laptop repair needs!
