Reviews
Gave a reasonable quote and was easy to work with for scheduling.
From start to finish, Pompa was outstanding. Their customer service on the phone and the quality of the water heater installation both far exceeded my expectations. First, I want to thank Brian for the excellent service over the phone. He was patient, professional, and very knowledgeable, taking the time to answer all of my questions and explain the options clearly. He made scheduling easy, confirmed all the details, and made me feel confident that I was choosing the right company for the job. When it came time for the installation, Jaime did an amazing job installing the new water heater. He arrived on time, was very respectful of my home, and walked me through what he was going to do before getting started. Jaime took his time to do everything the right way, not the fast way, and you can tell he takes pride in his work. The installation looks clean and professional, all connections were done carefully, and he tested everything before leaving to make sure it was working perfectly. What I really appreciated was that Jaime also explained how the new water heater works, showed me how to adjust the temperature, and answered all of my questions without rushing. You donât always get that level of detail and care from service companies, and it really stood out. Overall, I am extremely happy with Pompa, from Brianâs great help on the phone to Jaimeâs excellent installation work. I would not hesitate to use them again and highly recommend them to anyone who needs a water heater installed or any plumbing work done. Five stars all the way. âââââ
Michael, owner of Drain to Drain has been top notch. His work is excellent. He keeps his appoint time and is easy to work with. Michael removed the water heater in my garage and installed a new tankless, gas, water heater on the outside wall of the garage. He handled permits and inspections. He also installed a Reverse Osmosis tap in my kitchen.

I replaced my water heater with Pompa Plumbing Group and I was extremely happy with the service provided. I must command Melanie for helping me through this process and I also must command Danny who came to install the water heater. He is excellent and quite professionalâŠeveryone on the staff attended to my needs, answered my questions, and followed through on their promises. A job well done and I highly recommend them all.
Had a bit of miscommunication in the beginning but Rami called me and was courteous and resolved issue. Quick installation after Tech arrived and work came out very professional. Recommend
Prompt response. Come the next day during time frame that was indicated.. Knowledgeable. Replaced heater. Professional Workmanship. Very neat. courteous mannerism. Will recommend.
From start to finish Pompa Plumbing was informative and very professional. We were replacing two traditional water heaters with new tankless options. Remy explained the entire process and the technicians did everything from electrical upgrades to plumbing for the installation. This job was not an easy task, it was complicated and a pain to run new wires through my attic but the techs did not complain or make excuses. I would recommend this company to my friends and family.
Quick and fast. Thanks.
