Jeremy was professional, friendly and went above and beyond installing our new water softener system as well as helping with some other unique repairs. He stayed until midnight to complete the job. We would definitely hire him again in the future.

Extremely disappointed. A professional plumber should always perform a proper, independent diagnosis rather than just blindly following what a tenant says. Tenants don't know plumbing. I expected professional expertise and troubleshooting, not someone just echoing a tenant's guess. Will not use again.
