I had Pool Aquamoon come out to diagnose an issue with my pool heater and filter , and I was extremely impressed with the service. The technician was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to thoroughly explain everything to me in a way I could understand. He carefully inspected the heater and determined that the problem was not actually with the heater itself, which saved me from unnecessary repairs. He explained that the issue was related to water flow and provided helpful recommendations on what to check and how to improve the system going forward. It’s rare to find someone who is honest, takes the time to educate the customer, and genuinely wants to help solve the problem. I truly appreciated his expertise and professionalism.
