They’ve only come out once so far to help with the pool, but it’s amazing what a difference they’ve already made. They’ll be helping us out weekly, for a monthly cost. The pool looks better than it ever has and my confidence in using the pool is back to when we first purchased the pool. We’re so happy we found them to help us with our pool!

I had a great experience with Pool Care Services. They were very quick to respond to my inquiry and send a pool tech to my house. They did great with cleaning my pool and clearing out the algae. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for affordable pool maintenance.
They came out quick.. but my pool still isn’t clean… I had to call them to come back & it’s still not fully clean…. I have a party today and now my pool isn’t even able to be swam in since they did not properly clean it. Mind you they also made me drain the water 2 times and had to refill… not only did I spend $150 to still have a dirty pool but now my water bill is going to be even higher
I won't use any one else
We had rain. They left mud in my pool for 2 weeks, turned off my pump! and still sent me a picture for 2 weeks consecutively stating the pool was SPARKLING CLEAN. When I went to the property to check, it was not clean and really dirty. When confronted about the pictures, they claimed it would take 2 more weeks to clean properly. So, they lied and now they broke my trust. I dont respect people who have access to your home and lies. I dont trust them in my home. Dont hire. They are not knowledgeable nor have the experience to properly service a pool, especially one with new equipment.

Had to let my previous pool guy go and stumbled across Pool Care Services as I wanted to support local. Glad I chose them. Nancy is very responsive and thorough. Kenny came out the next day to conduct an evaluation and the vibe I got was that he is thoughtful and thorough. He came back the same day to already treat my pool which had not been treated for 5 weeks. He cleaned my pool and filter better than my previous pool guy ever did, and that’s only after 1 visit. Looking forward to working with Nancy and Kenny moving forward. I almost forgot, the quote I got was very reasonable and fair especially when comparing it to other estimates I’ve received. Would definitely recommend!
