Had them come out around new yeas to give a quote to redo our pool plaster, tile line and decking. Everything seemed good during this process. We decided to install colored concrete instead of repair the area under the patio cover. Cure time for this takes about 8 weeks, so we scheduled the remodel for early April. Everything seemed to be on track to start, 3days before we are scheduled to drain, we got a email stating they are canceling our project with no real explanation. This would have been easier to digest if they said they were too busy to add us to the schedule a month ago, so we could start gathering quotes again. Last minute cancellation, through a quick email is very unprofessional.
