Poolman Services has the knowledge of solutions to pool issues. How refreshing that can do attitude is as compared to my last 3 pool cleaners: one who blamed everything of 3 palm trees by the pool, one who thought algae belonged on the pool sides, and one who blamed me for everything when they did not know the proper chemicals and never tested the chemical level. Good to finally get a smart pool cleaner who actually knows what they are doing.

Reviews
They came cleaned the filters put the chemicals in water is clear again. There was still residue on the bottom of the pool. I had asked for a recommendation on some type of a creepy crawler for the hose on the pool since ours is not working and they never gave me that information and the communication wasn't great.
Maurice was attentive to my needs and worked to find a solution until the problem was resolved.
Worst experience ever! I ask them if they can beat a price on pool heater and lights and they tell me yes I can beat the price… Then says, I’m too busy and will only be able to beat the price a little. What kind of operation are they running? Stay away at all costs! I can only imaging the lies and things they will tell their customers just to get business.
Contacted me quickly and stopped by soon after to view the scope of the job. Was polite when I needed to postpone, showed up to complete the job as agreed and was pleasant to work with throughout.
Please let me know early in the morning what time you’ll be able to stop by if at all. Notifying 30 minutes beforehand does not work.
Please do not agree on a job and later change your mind . It’s not prefesional. You just makes as waste our time
Maurice was very thorough and explained a lot of details. He was great
Maurice has done a great job getting our pool back into shape!
I had been struggling with a green pool for MONTHS before contacting Maurice. His Green to Clean program was very efficient and produced amazing results! In less than a month our pool was able to be used and enjoyed again, which is absolutely amazing. He’s been coming every week since to maintain the pool and it’s never looked better. He’s kind, professional, and always responds in an extraordinarily timely manner. I highly recommend him for anyone as he truly gets the job done and is completely honest and transparent when it comes to the health of the pool. Thank you so much Maurice! I look forward to continuing using your services.
