Be consistent, not make promises it refuses to keep, stand by its work, and own its mistakes. I hired for a pool clean due to algae buildup and agreed to monthly maintenance service. After two months of service my pool is in worse condition than before. The equipment was never clean like it was promised to be and now is damaged requiring repairs.

Chris came out and did a fantastic job, cleaning my pool filter. I watched the entire process and I can honestly say, I could never have done it without him! He was punctual, affordable, thorough and very friendly. I highly recommend using this company for anything pool related!
never showed up? first service. never heard from him.
Option 1: Direct and appreciative "I found myself in a bind when I needed an urgent pool cleaning, and this company really came through for me at the last minute. Their service was professional, efficient, and saved the day. I highly recommend them for their reliability and quick response.
Wonderful experience all the way around. Immediate response, punctual on initial meeting and repair. Travis was a methodical professional. Highly recommended!!!
This was my first time using this service. The team was professional, explained what they were doing and why, and did a fantastic job cleaning my really dirty above ground pool. Super friendly, and the responses to my questions through the app were a sqered quickly. Highly recommend and will use again! Thank you!
Hired company to clean my pool after the storm as I had a lot of debris in the pool. Came back to house with pool robot out of the pool and clip broken, laying in the pool Ton of sticks, leaves, branches still in the pool. I reach out to owner, was told that I shouldn't expect my pool to be clean after a one time $125 cleaning. His crew didn't break my pool vacuum, I'm a liar. I asked him to come out and finish the job and make it right and they refused. I know its unrealistic to expect your pool to be cleaned after a one time cleaning. I need weekly service to not expect a ton of debris at the bottom my pool.
Poolside Phoenix did an amazing job summerizing my pool. KC and Kris kept me updated throughout the process, and I highly recommend them.
They are currently servicing my pool and have done an outstanding job. Plus like the fact they only charge for the chemicals used for the job, not rolled into the month rate, like most pool companies.
Very helpful for the first service since I bought the house!
