As a new homeowner and first-time pool owner, the costs of getting settled add up quickly, and I wasn’t sure if ongoing pool service was something I truly needed or if I could learn to manage it myself. Max from Poolwerx was incredibly responsive and was happy to come out for a one-time visit to assess and treat the pool, while also taking the time to walk me through my equipment and help me better understand how everything works. What I appreciated most was that there was absolutely no pressure to commit to a weekly or biweekly service. Max gave me the information I needed, answered my questions, and let me take some time to decide what makes the most sense for me. He even followed up afterward to make sure everything was running properly and that his work had been effective. Knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely helpful. I’ll absolutely be calling Max and Poolwerx again when I need them!

Wonderful Service! Fixed my jacuzzi and made sure everything was perfect. There was an emergency during the first appointment but they got right back to me and helped tremendously. Absolutely loved working with him and would recommend this company to everyone! So nice and professional.
Max did a wonderful job finding out the huge problem with our hot tub, it wouldn't get hot! He took panel off and found the sensors were not working at all. Very impressive that he took the time to find the problem.
I couldn't be more pleased with the diagnostic analysis of our outdoor hot tub - AND explanation of what I should be doing on my own for owner maintenance.
