Iggy was very sweet and showed up on time. Unfortunately the cleaning list can be very deceiving for a “deep clean”. $278 for a light clean (cleaning 1 very small bathroom and vacuuming) after expecting a deep clean is very disappointing. At 34 weeks pregnant I was hoping to have some relief before this baby. I guess cleaning standards are not what they used to be.

Completely Unacceptable Service and Customer Response I hired this cleaning service for a move-out clean with same-day house handover, paying for what was supposed to be a professional deep clean. What I received was absolutely unacceptable. **The Evidence Speaks for Itself:** The attached photos show the "finished" work - debris scattered across surfaces, dirt and grime along baseboards, filthy window sills, and overall poor attention to detail throughout. This isn't about "unrealistic expectations" or "nitpicking" - this is basic cleaning that simply wasn't done. **Unprofessional Service:** Despite my specific request, they failed to call me to inspect the work before leaving. I discovered these issues only after they had gone, leaving me to spend several additional hours cleaning what I had already paid them to do. **Terrible Customer Service:** When I reported these obvious deficiencies with photo evidence, they: - Admitted the job wasn't done properly - Still refused any refund - Offered to return only AFTER it was too late (house handover was the same day) Save yourself the frustration and money. A professional cleaning service that admits fault but refuses accountability while leaving you to fix their mistakes is not worth your time.

Worst experience and job ever. I schedule a move in clean after reading the description that it’s a deep clean and they wipe down all cabinets inside and out and get in the corners of appliances etc. to remove grime and dirt. That is not what was done. I had to go back through the weekend we moved in to wipe everything down. There was still dried food residue all over the kitchen. Hand marks all over the cabinets where if they did at least do a wipe down that would’ve been gone. The master shower wasn’t cleaned either and on top of all of this was included in their $260 price, but I also asked to pay extra to have my blinds wiped down and that was even missed. I contacted the manager or owner to complain and respectfully ask them to make this right and I NEVER heard back. I called both numbers on their website, texted, and emailed and they never responded. Worst customer service ever. Do NOT book here. Not worth your $300.

Not sure if they fully vet who they send to clean homes. Did terrible work. Told her to come back and clean up and wanted to charge for that all while expecting full payment. Would you pay for the attached pictures? Both bathrooms looked like they weren’t even washed. Cleaner Even left trash in bathroom. I had potential new tenants scheduled after their cleaning and the house looked terrible. I’m surprised at how high their reviews are.
I have been trying to contact the owner in several messages and there is a string of lies & fake concern. Talking about a final walkthrough was supposed to be done…. it literally says on the website that you don’t have to present for your house to be cleaned. Upon showing pictures I took 3 minutes within walking in (before I really got to look at everything), she told me she wanted to send the same cleaner out. No, I want someone who will actually do the job correctly. I shouldn’t have to tell a “professional” how to do their job. I am expecting a baby in 2 weeks and wanting my house DEEP cleaned, now I am sitting here redoing everything. In the text messages, the lady even agreed the cleaner used too much product and requested that I immediately use a microfiber cloth to wipe it down. The floors have a thick residue that is sticky and slippery. Areas were not dusted. I am attaching our conversation in case she decides to delete messages. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
Nicole, Karah and their team did an absolutely amazing job on a move-in deep clean for me. I was rather discouraged when getting the keys to my new home over the weekend and it was so filthy I couldn't even move my belonging in. I texted Nicole on Sunday and she had a team at my house at 8am Tuesday! The cleaning team arrived promptly, provided clear and courteous communication about the services I was requesting and understanding my expectations. I returned 3 hours later to a beautiful new home to move into. I can't thank them enough for providing great service promptly and at a great value! I already have another appointment booked for a move-out deep clean in my previous property!

I had paid for service done even though it was expensive. But canceled with the cleaner not to do the extras do to the lack of efficiency and moral ( since 2 wk notice was given and over worked employees) . But Nicole will not listen to reason and wants to take me to court for $30 . That in itself should tell you how business is run . She lives in Pennsylvania but has no idea what services are actually happening in Dallas tx. Eg the trash was never taken out or new bag placed , everything was place on counter or floor and not put away . Expensive $190 for this type of basic clean for 2200 ,3B3B . I normally pay $100-130 and better job . She will not listen to me or ask employees. Hope this helps someone.
