Darren did an excellent job setting up my new computer. I didn't realize how much was involved. I would highly recommend him. He definitely deserves 5 STARS.
VERY expensive, but they had to do more than just replace the laptop battery. The only other downside was that they wiped all my data and most apps while working on the motherboard. I'd be more upset, but this machine was used mainly as an entertainment hub. Glad to have it back! Nice people. EDIT: The company has since addressed my concerns. For the amount of work done, the price was reasonable and the repairs necessary.
I recently had my Mac repaired at Positive Technology Computer Repair, and they exceeded all my expectations. They offered a much more affordable solution than the Apple Store, with no long lines or waits. The convenience of avoiding a mall trip was a huge plus. The team was incredibly efficient, diagnosing the issue quickly and keeping me updated throughout the repair process with regular progress links. Their customer service was outstanding, and I couldn't be happier with the results. I'll definitely return for any future tech needs. Highly recommended!
Outstanding computer service. Darren did a great job fixing our computer. Arrived on time, was able to diagnose the issue within minutes, and our computer was repaired in under one hour. Top quality service.

I called the company and a guy answered, but he didn’t even know what streets are around the repair shop. He didn’t seem too interested. My impression was that this company appears to hire folks there for a job, not to help the client. I’m not going to hire.
My computer wouldn't send a signal to my monitor. I wanted to recover a music library. Positive was able discover my hard drive was still good, transfer all the data to a newer hard drive and speed up responses plus decreasing the size of the tower.
It was really quick to repair my cracked laptop monitor with minimum fee compared to with few other alternatives. I will recommend Positive Technology.
