Reviews
I cannot recommend Albert (P.O.W.E.R) enough - he provided the peace of mind we needed as we’re not in the same state as the project. Albert delivered the project on time and within budget, all with quality materials, service and workmanship. He was open and transparent on change orders, we knew where we stood at every step of the way. This project involved the overhaul of a rental property: replacement all windows and doors, removal of some non-weight bearing walls, kitchen renovation, installation of a walk-in shower, replacement of banister, re-flooring, and refinish/paint all walls. He did all this without disturbing our neighbors and property management spoke well of their interactions. Will definitely keep engaging Albert for all our construction needs.
Albert was rude and left because my husband said we were getting quotes from a few contractors. Albert said he was offended and got in his truck without another word. Contractors should be accustomed to clients receiving more than one quote. It's completely unacceptable the way he handled himself. I would not recommend him to anyone.
Easy to work with and always on time.
Albert and his team (Sig and Steven) did an amazing job opening up a second living area by removing a load bearing wall in our home. Albert gave a very competitive quote within our budget and started work promptly. His professionalism, detail and overall knowledge of his trade was a great relief when he explained what was going on everyday. I would hire P.O.W.ER. again in the future. The quality of work cannot truly be put into words. 5 Stars!!!
Albert and his two stepsons were responsive, timely, friendly, listened to what I wanted and paid great attention to detail, and I’m pretty picky. Also I thought he charged a fair price. They did a complete tear-down and rebuild of our deck using Trex decking and aluminum railings, and we absolutely love how it came out. He also rebuilt part of the roof overhang that provides shade on part of the deck. I’d highly recommend him. Here are the before and after pictures:
These guys do great work. I would highly recommend. Always on time and work efficiently.
Did a great job with closet project. Provided really good quality work for a fair price.
We were thinking of tearing down the sagging overhang on our front porch but Albert really wanted us to save it. He responed quickly, told us exactly how he would replace and repair, showed up early on Game Day and he and his crew did an excellent job. We highly recommend him and his company.
This project turned out even better than expected.
I couldn't be more satisfied with the patio cover built by Albert and his team. From our first meeting, Albert was professional, communicated regularly, and was always prompt in showing up when he said he would. The craftsmanship of the structure is second to none and even the city inspector was incredibly impressed and asked who had built it. I absolutely recommend Albert and will utilize him for all future home improvement projects.
We are so pleased with how our patio cover turned out. It truly transformed the back yard and made it into a place we love to relax and hangout. The work was done very professionally, clean and on schedule.
Reinforced, sanded and painted my pergola. Good job guys thanks!
I needed to finish a space in an outbuilding at my home and called Albert for an estimate. He came on time, carefully reviewed my requirements and provided me a prompt bid to do the work. Albert and his employees were very cordial and professional, and kept us informed regarding progress. Albert successfully managed three subs on the job and competed the work within the time he estimated. The workmanship was excellent regarding his employees, the electrician, plumber, and tile installers. The drywall sub was good. I wouldn't hesitate to use Albert again in the future.
Well the owner is a very congenial person and very hard worker. I believe he needs a bit more experience. I believe he practiced on my kitchen remodel. He hires good people, but does not personally oversee the project well enough. The granite counter is way off bubble. There is nothing to do for it. The cabinet is way too large for the area. Perhaps he could take some designing classes. He means well.
Albert and his team were great, professional and clean we would definitely hire him again in the future. Joseph and Veronica Vigil
Excellent service, very professional. Entire team is very good and did great job. I am very happy and recommend him strongly. Very dependable and did good cleaning after the job was completed.
Doing a kitchen remodel. Albert and his associates were outstanding. He came upon some unseen problems and handled them efficiently and expertly . He promised a two day job and despite the hurdles the job was completed in two days. A very professiona
