The technicians arrived promptly and did a great job of explaining their services, as well as recommendations to achieve optimal results. All costs were disclosed up front before cleaning and realistic expectations. They were pricier than other carpet cleaning companies I've used in the past, but you get what you pay for. I couldn't be happier with the end result -- my carpets look almost brand new, and stubborn pet stains that other companies failed to remove in the past were completely gone! Very nice, professional service, and fast turn around time. I will definitely hire this company now going forward!
I hired them to clean carpets and sofa. Tech was on time and did a great job. Did not sell me any services because after inspection he felt we did not need pet treatment. I highly recommended them. Highest quality of work and upfront about cost and scope of work.
My experience with power pup clean was excellent. They do a very thorough job. The technician explained everything to me in detail. I thought I needed pet treatment, as the previous owners had a cat. The tech did an inspection and said there were no traces of urine and saved me a bunch of money and did the non-pet cleaning option. I was very impressed with them. My neighbor ended up hiring this company as well and thanked me for recommending them.
Had several stains. Reds, ink and pet stains. I had requested fast drying times . Quote me for the entire job before the start. Stayed true to the quote. Work quality was best. In past the companies I hired failed to remove several stains and made excuses. Not them. They do a thorough job and are detailed. Techs were professional and polite. Honest and very high quality work. Carpets were dry within few hours. Mike was very nice and answered all the questions for me before I even hired them. Will be using them again in the future for all cleaning needs
Techs were professional and friendly. They explained the cleaning process and recommended the proper treatments I needed for the stains in my carpet. All work was quoted for and signed on upfront so there were no surprises in cost. I was very pleased with the results and removal of virtually all stains.
