Great job! He came, he saw, he kicked ass! My panel was a 1970s NIGHTMARE that was causing all kinds of electrical issues: Outages, flashes and wifi blackouts. Communicate! I had an 8:00-10:00 window for him to show. Three quarters through the window I get a call saying they were having trouble with their vehicle and said they would be here around 1:00 pm. 1:00 pm came and went, no call no show. At 2:00 I tried to call and got Muzak. It's now almost three and no sign of them and not a peep on the telephone. Unexpected problems happen, but anyone remotely professional doesn't leave a client sitting there all day waiting for them.

It has been a long time since I’ve experienced the high level of customer service given to us by Powerful Electric. We had an emergency situation with our electrical panel, and they went above and beyond, communicated like a boss, handled everything, and were professional and prompt. I had the electric cord to my pool pump installed. they were there the next day as promised and also put a timer on the pump. Timer wasn’t working properly in the beginning, but they didn’t hesitate to come out and make it right.. honest and reliable people I will hire them again
