I wish I called PR Mechanical FIRST! I called a handyman to install an exaust vent for my over the range microwave before the major storm a few weeks ago. They left me with a hole in my wall and wrong vent. I called a few other companies and they didn't want to touch what someone else had done... I was worried because I knew warm weather was coming and that would bring bugs in my kitchen. PR Mechanical stepped right up! Great phone communication and was very clear with a plan during the first visit. Because of the previous handyman, I also needed to get siding repaired. They also recommended a siding expert and put it all together on one invoice. Please, please don't let a jack of all trades cut a hole in your home... Get someone that does venting everyday! Get an actual company that will help you if you aren't satisfied, get PR Mechanical. I also want to get a mini split for my garage. I will definitely use PR Mechanical for this! (The vent in the photo has a large frame because of the previous handyman putting a large round hole... I'm thankful they were able to do this because the beige siding I have is hard to find)
Incredible work.
Charley showed up about 10 or 15 mins before scheduled appt. He let me know exactly what he was going to do and approx how long it would take. He ran in too a few issues he had missed during the initial evaluation, explained what else needed to be done, he said it would cost him more and add a little time to the project, he also said since it was his mistake for not accounting for the issue it would not affect the original estimate. They proceeded with the project, it took them an extra hr or so, they removed my old package unit cleaned up where they had been working then proceeded to explain how to use our new equipment! Very professional! Would Andy hire him again and highly recommend his company!!
