Eric quoted a water softener for a rental home for a client and he was professional and responsive throughout the entire process. Cody came and installed it and he also was very thorough. I am not local so Eric and Cody took great photos for me and kept me in the loop so the tenants knew exactly what was going on.
Excellent water softener and installation by Prairie State Water Solutions .
Note - I didn't actually hire Prarie state, but wanted to for their expertise and experience. Went with another contractor from Home Advisor - H20 Express. He beat their price and was able to service next day. Appointments at Prarie were 10 days out.
I can't say enough great things about this company. I am definitely keeping their number for the future.
