Ivan responded to my inquiry for a rental property job in Burnsville. I actually live in Duluth and he drove up here to meet me, shake my hand, and accept the job. He felt meeting in person was very important. He took the job and painted three levels which included ceilings, doors and walls. The finished job was excellent. He cleaned up afterwards too. I'd hire him again and again.

Ivan did an amazing job painting our porch, garage and an old fence. We’ll definitely be hiring him again. Would recommend
Ivan was very fast to respond. His price was fair and his work looks good. He understood that we were in a pinch and wanted to help and he didn't price gouge. He showed up when he said he would. He did a few extras but not without asking/confirming first. Excellent communication! I Highly recommend Precise Pro Painting and will definitely hire again.
Ivan was great!! He answered me right away, came over right away on the same day, and gave us a great quote. He was easy to work with and I trusted leaving him alone in my house. He painted the rooms exactly how we wanted it.
Ivan did a fantastic job priming and painting my garage, which was in pretty rough shape when he started. I really appreciated how much attention he gave to the prep work. He took the time to thoroughly scrape and power wash the surface to make sure there was a solid, clean base before priming and painting. He was professional, thorough, and clearly cared about doing the job right rather than rushing through it. The finished garage looks beautiful, and I’m extremely happy with the result. I would absolutely hire Ivan again for any painting project and highly recommend him!
Ivan is amazing at communicating! We can’t wait to see the finished work!
Precision Painting did a great job staining our front porch. They worked easily with us throughout the project and delivered real value for the price. The finished result looks fantastic. We'd recommend them to anyone looking for quality painting work.
Ivan came out and gave me a bid to paint dormers ; then on day he promised to do the works, he came out and told me that the roof was slippery and that he would need more equipment- - like a lift; he told me that it would cost a lot more to do the job; I needed to get this done before my new roof was installed, very disappointing…
Great communication and speedy work! Would hire again
Excellent job and will use again!
