I highly recommend Precise Remodeling & Construction. We hired them to install new flooring and recessed lights in our condo. Their pricing was very competitive compared to other quotes we received. Marian and his team were a pleasure to work with throughout the process. We are very happy with the final result. (Note: photos edited for brightness and color balancing)

Marian and his team was superb! They were punctual, honest and professional from start to finish. I am very happy with our wood floor stairs.
The team was great. They showed up on time and were very professional. The workmanship was top notch. I will definitely use them in the future.
Excellent experience. Well priced, went above and beyond and was punctual with very quick response times. Highly recommend! We had him remove non-structural knee walls and columns and do hardwood in upstairs bedrooms.
10 pot of 10. Easy to work with very professionally. installers were extremely courteous and did a wonderful job. I’m extremely happy with my floors. I will definitely hire them for other flooring needs.
Excellent work. They installed crown Moulding, painted entire house, and even the garage. Wonderful to work with and always kept good communication. Would hire again.
We contacted Marian and he came same day for a quote. The following week flooring was done in one day and the next day another crew came to paint the walls and molding in one day. We are very impressed with the quick turnaround and quality of work. Happy with the results!
Marian and his team did an awesome job on doing my flooring for stairs treads/risers, landing and hallway with whole 2nd floor. I liked the transparency and professional in all aspects, time, delivery, quality of work and dedication
Marian helped to paint my house and install new flooring. He was very responsive and timely in helping me plan for my project. He addressed any questions and concerns I had. I am happy I got to work with Marian and his team. Marian gave me piece of mind and displayed great professionalism.
Marian did a wonderful job fixing my staircase. A different contractor had laid laminate flooring on my stairs, and it was done so poorly, it became a tripping hazard. Marian fixed them by removing the laminate and installing wood that he had stained. His price range is higher than other contractors, but his work quality speaks for itself.
