The tech, Melad, ended up being hired for two different things. The first one was the AC unit, and since he did well on that one, I hired him to do the water heater. I’ll reach out to him again if the occasional warrants it.

Melad was extremely helpful. Went above and beyond to address my concerns and explain the process as he went. Great service!
Great experience with Precise Temperature Control! Melad was professional, knowledgeable, and very thorough. He arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and made sure the HVAC system was checked and serviced properly. The whole process was smooth and easy, and the pricing was very reasonable. I really appreciate the great service and would definitely recommend Precise Temperature Control to anyone looking for reliable and professional HVAC service. Thank you!
they came out on a weekend with just a couple of hours of notice and got the problem resolved for me same day.
Excellent experience working with precise temperature control. Had an issue with my AC not working. Submitted the request at 11am and they were there by noon. Everything was in working order within the hour. Thank you very much!
Replaced residential water heater unit. Very professional, and solid work!
Had a great experience Precise Temperature Control. They responded quickly and easily and were able to replace the hot water heater in my rental with late night messages on my end, and they even helped coordinating with the tenants. Highly recommend!
SO helpful!! I knew it must be a simple fix and my pro was able to walk me through some steps over the phone and resolve the issue. My heat is back on and I also understand our system better.
Precise temperature control did a great job. Right from the time of enquiry to the completion very well communicated.
Working with Melad has been a pleasure. He was able to fix my heating issues in my newly finished basement. The general contractor who finished my basement did not take the time or effort to do the mechanical properly. I wish I worked with Melad during the construction process as it would have made life easier. He also recommended the Reme Halo Air Purifier. A few hours after installation, I noticed a huge difference. I never realized how much my nose was suffering due to lack of clean air. Previously, I had small air purifiers throughout my home but they did not seem to really do anything. I highly recommend him for anyone’s HVAC needs.
