I started Precision Building Inspections because I wanted to provide home buyers, homeowners, investors, and commercial property owners with the kind of thorough, honest inspection I would want for my own family. Purchasing a property is one of the biggest financial decisions most people will ever make, and I saw an opportunity to combine my construction knowledge, more than 15 years of property management experience, attention to detail, and passion for educating clients. Over the years, Precision Building Inspections has grown beyond traditional home inspections. In addition to buyer, seller, new construction, pre-drywall, and 11-month warranty inspections, we also provide radon testing, mold and indoor air quality testing, leak detection, water intrusion investigation, sewer scope inspections, thermal imaging, drone roof inspections when appropriate, 360° pre-drywall documentation for builders and homeowners, and detailed 2D floor plans. My goal has always been to give clients the knowledge they need to make informed decisions, whether they're buying their first home, maintaining their current one, documenting a new build before the walls are closed, or managing an investment property. I believe an inspection should be educational, comprehensive, and tailored to each client's needs, not just another report.
