Jordan with Precision power washed the underside of our gutters and the eaves. Besides the normal dust/grime that had accumulated over the years, we also had one side of the house where old cocoons from moth caterpillars remained. Too high for me to attempt to clean/power wash. The house looks great now. Only wished I had done it sooner! Would definitely recommend / rehire.
