When we decided to get our basement finished we got three estimates from three good contractors. All were roughly in the same price range. We selected Andy from Precision Construction and Renovations because of a few great design ideas he recommended. We did all of them and love it. He built a beautiful tile shower and little kitchenette and opened up our stairway down to the basement. As well as building the shiplap wall with fireplace and TV mount. No regrets and enjoy our new cozy room. You won’t regret hiring Andy and Mike. Always very polite and addressed all of our questions and issues.
