I can not say enough good things about this company. Sherman and co. and Precision Patch Pros were responsive and kind. I need a hole in my ceiling patched up for an upcoming appraisal and was in a jam. They responded quickly and gave me a fair price. They also stuck to their word. They showed up when they said they would, they stuck by their price and completed the job on time as they claimed. More importantly their work was as top notch as they said it would be! To top it off, they cleaned up their work site, they took their trash with them and were kind and courteous to boot! I would use them again in a heartbeat and would strongly recommend others to do the same!
I highly recommend this company for dry wall needs. They do exactly what they say and the quality is amazing. Fixed a botched job done by another and made it look perfect. He was punctual, cleaned after drywall was done, and was very friendly. My cat accidentally crawled into the wall space in my daughters closet and we didnt know. The dry wall was finished and we didnt know she was missing until that afternoon. We hear he meow and found her location. Had to rip a hole in his beautiful work to get her out. It was kinda funny, but scary too. So I informed him that it happened and he came to fix the wall for free that we had to tear out to get our silly cat out of. I am so grateful and so is my daughter. Note to self. Lock up cats next time. Lol
Sherman did an amazing job patching and texturing 38 holes within our home in only two days. Yes you read that right… THIRTY EIGHT holes due to lots of electrical work. He was extremely accommodating and understanding to our ever changing schedule due to project setbacks. Originally his work was to be completed prior to move in, but again with so many setbacks it needed to be done once we were already in. Sherman meticulously covered all of our belongings and got to work. We have a bit of a specialty texture going on and he was able to match it closely. You can’t tell this place was once riddled with holes. Sherman was on time, professional, understanding, kind and most of all did a great job in our home. HIGHLY RECOMMEND that you look no further. The prior guy hired by the contractor was no good after a subcontractor put a hole in my ceiling. I looked for another drywaller as I used to work in construction in the summers of college. If you want it to look perfect I suggest Sherman, his attention to detail is impeccable. A true artist of his trade! Well worth the price.
