Precision is pretty good, they respond quickly, when they show up they are professional as can be. I hired them to clean up and pull weeds from around my property. For the most part they did a good job. They missed a really big weed and didn’t come back to pull what they left behind and that was the only reason I didn’t give a 5 star rating, the big weed then brought out a few additional weeds. Other than missing a huge weed and then not coming back to finish the job. They did a good job. I wouldn’t hire them again after the experience I had with them.

job looked to be good at first. about a month and a half later weeds grew out of my pavers that were supposed to be sanded properly. I have been reaching out to the company for weeks and getting no response to fix the issue. do not recommend using this company as they are unprofessional and rude to the paying customer who was promised a job and just needed some fixing.
We are a small nonprofit that has a very limited budget. We worked with Precision Property Management to install a shade garden and paid them in good faith. However, they over collected $415.72 and refuse to give us a refund. It has been two weeks ago that their president said they would correct this issue. If you are looking for a responsive organization that will do the right thing. Look elsewhere. VERY disappointed.
Precision Property was initially responsive but never heard back from them regarding what the estimate was. I went with another vendor as they were non-responsive. That’s $1,500 that went to the other vendor instead of Precision. Oh well

Because I didn’t choose their bid, they gave my personal cell phone out to customers they may not want to work with and I got spammed. Thankfully, these folks were kind enough to take screen shots and send to me. What petulant children. I’d steer clear of these jerks.
I am so happy with the work that Precision Property Management did for my Sod install, they were very proficient and professional throughout the whole process. I am very satisfied with the results.
