Mike was so nice and made sure he fixed the issue without forcing us to completely redo our bathroom. He was so pleasant to work with and him and his coworker were fast and super clean. I would HIGHLY recommend!
Mike came out and remediated my mold situation, turned out great. He was also able to determine the root cause, which was some bad plumbing coming down from the kitchen, so I could have a plumber come out and replace the pipes.

I contacted Mike through Thumbtack. He was very responsive, did the initial analysis for free ( added back the analysis cost in the quote if we approve. I liked the process as I am not hooked initially with a cost), explained the whole problem and fixation process to me in detail. After I approved, he fixed as promised and made the whole area neat and clean before leaving. If I have any similar issue in the future, I would consider him again

I would typically rate two stars for any other company, but Mike and his team were very professional and friendly while in my home, and as a newer company, I want to give him some grace and benefit of the doubt. The remediation work was completed promptly on a Friday at a fair price, given our tight schedule with only ONE full bathroom. He initially avoided providing a reconstruction price, but after persistent requests, provided an estimated range between $1,700-$3,000. After remediation finished on Friday, I had to follow up multiple times for the reconstruction estimate, aiming to start the following Wednesday. When I finally reached him, he mentioned he was sick and, late Tuesday night, provided an estimate of over $4,000 for LABOR ONLY, excluding materials. I didn't respond, and it’s now been over two weeks without any follow-up. I proactively found another company on Thumbtack, who started on the original Wednesday and completed the work at the lower end of Mike's original estimate. This makes me feel like he might have tried to take advantage of us.
