Julian responded quickly, showed up same day and showed up right on time. He located what turned out to be a rattlesnake in my garage and disposed of it fairly quickly. Worth the fee to know I’m not going to get bit reaching for an item on my shelf. Definitely recommend this company.

Julian was very responsive and professional. He knows his stuff and always arrives when he promised.
Julian was great! He took care of our skunk problem immediately in a very professional way. He got back to me every time I called or texted with no delay and was very easy to work with. My wife and I were impressed.
Julian has been very helpful and seems to be very knowledgeable. He's just getting started so I can't speak to how well his work is done yet.
I’m so grateful for Julian’s work on our house. We had a lot of pigeons, nests and mess underneath our solar panels. He cleaned, disinfected and put guarding around each solar panel. He is extremely professional, thorough and great at his job. I highly recommend Predator and Prey for whatever pest control you need!
I highly recommend him. He was very professional polite. He described everything to me as he went along what he was doing even when I’d have to ask him again. He was so great about just explaining it all again.
They were the first to respond to our urgent weekend job request and the only ones to pull through in such a punctual and thorough manner. These are the ones you want to call for your rodent or raccoon problem!
