I had two very dingy looking sofas from having dogs. Michael was able to get all of the dirt out of both sofas and they both look brand new! I highly recommend him!

Mike was a last minute call because the person I booked the job with originally was a no show. Mike answered his phone, and agreed to come the same day. I am so happy the original person booked was a no show because the service levels Mike provided was top tier. I definitely will be using him again and referring him to my contacts.
He was very professional and attention to detail. I am happy with the work he did and it was last minute. I would recommend his services if your furniture is dirty or just needs a fresh look!
Mike was great. Professional, on time, quality work. Don’t hesitate to hire Preferred.
We contacted Preferred Carpet Cleaning to clean our livingroom chairs. They responded within the hour and made an appointment for the next morning. The chairs look fantastic! They will be my go to, on any future needs for upholstery or carpet cleaning. Don't hesitate to call them. Great job! Very nice man!
Mike was so nice very professional and he did a damn good job my couches look brand new. He also steamed my carpet it looks amazing he is my guy from now on Y’all Book Him thank me later!!!
He did a great job on my white couch! I will definitely have him back in the future.
Mike did an outstanding job! Not only does he respond quick,he is very professional and gets the job done! I definitely recommend him to anyone. My sofa’s and rug are cleaned and smell amazing. Thank you Mike.
Mike did an amazing job cleaning my sectional, setee, and bar stools. They look and smell amazing.
I had my 3 piece sectional cleaned. Mike was very nice and I was excited about getting this cleaned. At the time I had a house cleaner that I was showing around to my home so I wasn’t able to be full attentive to the couch cleaning process. It smelled amazing and to be precise it smelt like Fabuloso. Now that my couch has dried we can clearly see that the couch was not taken apart into the three sections that it comes in and it looks like I have dried up dirty water all over the couch. It looks horrible and I did not get a reply to my message when I reached back out to Mike. I’ve wasted money and now I have to find someone else to clean my couch.
