My experience with Preferred Estates was terrific! Ayo was especially responsive with every step of the process, making sure I was satisfied with the prices and quality of the work. All four of the gentlemen who installed my drywall on the living room ceiling provided quality and prompt service. I highly recommend this company!

Quickly responded and do a great job when we were in a bind.
I reached out to the company, but T hey never reached back out to me. They just denied my request. I’m not really sure why I was polite.
I bought a property gutted to the studs, could not find a team to take on the Job for an affordable price. Then I met Josiah, Took it on for an amazing price, and over achieved! Came in under budget, and ahead of schedule. Quality of work did not disappoint whatsoever. Very responsive with communication and updates. He made the Job as smooth as it possibly could’ve been. Apologies to thumbtack because i’ll never use the app again, If I ever have a job I’m going straight to Jo! Just a few photos to show you the extent of the Job!
I recently had my master bathroom completely remodeled and repaired by Preferred Estates Co, Installed a new Central air unit, hot water tank, painted and other things done in my rental property as well and I cannot recommend them highly enough. My bathroom had been left in poor condition by a previous contractor, with significant plumbing issues and subpar craftsmanship. Preferred Estates Co not only corrected these problems but far exceeded my expectations in every aspect of their work. From the initial consultation, their professionalism was evident. They took the time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly assessed the damage caused by the previous contractor. They provided a clear, detailed estimate and outlined a step-by-step plan for the repairs and remodeling, ensuring that I understood every aspect of the process. Their team was punctual, respectful, and highly skilled. The plumbing issues, which had previously caused constant leaks and water damage, were resolved with precision and care. The quality of their work was outstanding, from the perfectly aligned tiles to the flawless installation of fixtures. They also incorporated innovative design ideas that transformed the space into a luxurious and functional retreat. What truly stood out was their commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction. They communicated regularly, kept the workspace clean, and ensured that the project was completed on time and within budget. Their attention to detail and dedication to doing the job right the first time are rare qualities in this industry. I am beyond thrilled with the final result. Preferred Estates Co turned a stressful situation into a seamless and enjoyable experience. If you’re looking for a company that values integrity, quality, and customer care, look no further. They have my highest recommendation.
They came out , charged $85 assessment fee ..said they would send a quote and never sent me a quote...and I haven't heard from them since. That was 2 weeks ago
I would highly recommend this company. Extremely professional, knowledgeable, and timely. Cortez, is an excellent communicator and knows how to engage with customers by explaining the overall needed repair. Will definitely hire him for all plumbing needs. Thanks again, Preferred Estates.
