Did a fantastic job helping me with my laptop! Everything works, and he was very helpful and professional
All our connections issues were resolved. It took some time but Franklin persevered until he had found the problems and fixed them.
**Outstanding Service and Dedication** I had the pleasure of working with Franklin, and I can confidently say that his professionalism, commitment, and work ethic exceeded all expectations. From start to finish, he approached the job with unwavering dedication, ensuring that every detail was handled with precision. His passion for delivering top-notch results was evident in every aspect of the job!
Franklin was very responsive from the time of the initial walkthrough and kept the communication lines going throughout the project. He understood what I was looking for, and was patient with the changes during the evaluation on what needed to be completed, coming in for a second look to double check. Lastly, Franklin remembered the detailed request that I made. The project was Cat6A Ethernet runs to laptops and access points. I subscribe to 1GBup/down speeds and the results was amazing! I highly recommend them!
Excellent experience start to finish. Franklin was thorough in thinking about the options he could use to resolve my current issue while also finding/correcting a previous contractors work. Will not hesitate to use Prelinium again or recommend to others,
Super friendly and would use again
Came on time and put together the wifi mesh system across 3 floors while locating the correct set of wires. Job very well done, and complete transparency. Highly recommended!
Franklin and Eric were great to work with. We had a short timeline and they met the timeline and communicated very well throughout the job process. I would def use them for future jobs. They were also reasonably priced. Good team.
Great communication and very professional. Thank you!
Frankin, Eric, & Kamal did a great job in diagnosing and proposing a solution to the wi-fi issue we were having. They are incredibly knowledgeable and walk you through every step of the process so you know what is going on. After the initial install, they also worked with me to ensure that the network was running as intended. I would highly recommend them for any IT projects.
Franklin did a great job communicating every step of the job. Would def use Prelimium again!
