Nelson explained what I needed in terms I could understand and gave me several options to go with. He was punctual and responsive. He had one of the best estimates, for installation of a sump pump, I received! I hired him after 4 other estimates based on his knowledge base, experience and cost. He's very personable as well and did not rush through the estimate or pressure me in any way, as some of the others did! The work was top rate and his workers and he were very polite and clean, laying down cloth for their paths and cleaning up, even moved my bins out of his way for me! I highly recommend him and his company, Premier! I am very happy with his work and feel I got a great value!
Absolutely delighted with the French Drain instillation yesterday by Nelson and his team. He was brought in to solve a frustrating ongoing water issue and the results are outstanding. He did not just meet the requirements they exceeded the expectations in both the speed of the work and high quality final outcome. If you are looking for a contractor who delivers long standing solutions and provides incredible value this is the company to hire. Could not be happier. /Cheryl
Great working with Nelson and his team. I interviewed a few basement waterproofers, Nelson is the only one who didn’t try and sell me more than I needed just to meet a minimum order…he’s transparent with his assessment of the problem as well as pricing. Him and his team did a fantastic installing window wells and ensuring no more water leaked into the basement
