I needed to schedule pet sitter for an upcoming trip in only a few days. They responded to my request immediately, explained thoroughly how they work, scheduled a “Meet and Greet” with Brooke who would be caring for my furbabies..she was amazing. She has been working for them for several years, very knowledgeable and it was easy to tell that she really loves her job. While we were away, she arrived when she said she would and sent lots of pics and notes for each visit. Would not hesitate to use them again!!

Great staff and one of very few pet sitters I found that offer medical care services including subcutaneous fluid injections. It's so nice to have peace of mind that my cats were in good care with all of their needs met when I was out of town.
Ended up with a family member who was free to watch my animals free of charge and so I didn’t end up hiring Premier Pet TLC this time, but they were quick and awesome with communication so I’ll definitely be working with them in the future!

Our three critters two cats, one young one old and our trusted Frenchie were well cared for- twice daily. During each visit they had everyone fully loved and cared for and documented with photos. Also Always a positive attitude- what more can you ask for?
I called a few days before I needed a one week service, and Premier Pet TLC was able to accommodate at that late stage. The team assigned to my “girls” were awesome. I asked that they come over, let the girls out of their kennel, feed and water, then return later in the day to let them into the kennel, provide water and a snack. I received arrival text for each arrival, photos of my girls, and brief bullet listings of how each one was doing. (Eating, drinking, going to the potty, playing, and any abnormal behavior, such as itchiness due to allergies). This made for one less worry while vacationing. Truly awesome service and pricing.
Pets were healthy and happy while out of town. Will definitely use again in the future.

Samantha is a very good business person: she came over & checked out my situation, asked me a lot of questions about what I wanted, chose an online system that is easy to navigate and use and chose a great person to take care of my cats. Lucia, the person who took excellent care of my cats, was communicative, punctual, wiling and eager to learn and easy to give feedback to. I'm very happy with the service. I already signed up to have them take care of my cats in the future ... twice!
Premier Pet took awesome care of our two pets. We knew they were getting the best care so we were able to relax during our time away. We thoroughly enjoyed getting the “Kitty Reports” after every visit!
