I will never book online with a company again, I had a set appointment confirmed via email and they were a no show. When I called they couldn't find it then did, then changed the price. Will not recommend.

I placed a project request for my driveway to be cleaned. Adam was very professional, he called me the very next morning as I placed the request late the night before. He gave me a quote and advised me his partner Bryant was able to come out the next day. Bryant was very professional as well and prompt. When he got to my home he discussed what he was going to do, even took a before and after photo. He even gave me advice not try and take out an oil stain myself as it will cause more damage, he explained the process had I called when it initially happened which I appreciated. I will definitely recommend Pressured Solutions, they are very professional, respectful and very responsive! Thanks guys!!! You saved me a fine from my HOA :)

I had a really really tough oil stain on my exposed aggregate driveway that was very distracting (to me specifically). Pressured Solutions aggressively approached the situation per my request and was able to take out about 25 to 30% on round one. When they knew I was totally happy with the result they came back and provided a second treatment at no cost to take away another 15 to 20%. It is much better than before I started, so I do appreciate what PS has been able to accomplish. Thank you.
Both of these guys are very nice and gave me prompt service. But I would not recommend them because they weren’t able to complete the job to my full satisfaction and would not adjust $50 off the $250 price light if this. Hired them to clean up some deposits on my pool water features as I didn’t need to do a full acid wash, just get some of the major deposits off. •••Total on-site job time for them was 1hr, 20minutes. •••They removed less build up than I expected they’d be able to. I used my home pressure washer to remove more deposits without any damage. But overall they did a decent job freshening up the surfaces. •••I specifically requested they bring a shop vacc to suck out any debris left in the pool after the job so I could fill the pool without delay. •••Weren’t able to complete the service because during their job they tripped the circuit breaker killing power to my pump and their shop vacuum (note this same pump had been running for 16 hours straight prior with no power faults). •••This left large puddles of sand, grit, and chemical debris at the bottom of my spa and my pool that I had to take care of myself prior to filling the pool up so the water wouldn’t be contaminated. •••I'm sure they would have done the clean up had the circuit not switched off, but the fact is they didn't have to/weren't able to, so I had to. So it was less of a job than they were expecting. •••I didn’t mind cleaning up myself but felt they should make a slight reduction in price to account for them not having to do so. •••I asked them to take $50 off their $250 bill since I had to do the cleanup and they refused because they said hey had to use more chemicals than expected (was surprised to hear as less build up was removed than I anticipated). •••I originally gave them 4 stars and left no details on some of the areas I wasn’t happy with, as I fully expected they’d have no problem taking a bit off their price in light of the above. But since they won’t adjust, I felt it’s important for others considering them to go into it with full knowledge of my experience
