I hired this company to clean my house. They only finished 3 out of 5 tasks that they agreed to do, but they said they finished all. I showed them proof that they did not finish the tasks by cleaning the remaining tasks myself, and they refunded me. However, it disrupted my schedule and plans a lot. I do not trust this company. If you hire them, make sure you watch them closely and be present while they work there. Just a heads up!
Great company to work with. Ran into a property issue on my end which they accommodated very quickly to keep the process rolling smoothly. Out of three estimates I received for a long broken light in my closet, theirs was the most reasonable. Their communication was prompt and impeccable. When they were here, they went above and beyond what I originally asked them to do and so I asked them to do some additional work. And they guarantee their work: when they left, they told me they would return at no cost if anything was not working.
They did a great job with some plumbing work and were very friendly and professional.
My sink wasn’t draining but they came really fast and unclogged my drain. They unclogged and cleaned up after. Really appreciate their hard work!
I hired them to clean my little apartment since I’ve been so busy with work and school. They did a fantastic job! From answering questions right away, being flexible, getting me scheduled within a few days, and overall attention to detail, I will definitely book again! A pleasant surprise: I had a few dishes in the sink and instead of putting them off to the side or cleaning around them, they washed them and set them aside! Definitely not something I expected them to do, but I’m very happy they did! All my belongings were organized and put in plain view for me to put in drawers when I got home.
