I was told by the owner he would stop by to begin service of our pool and never showed up or replied to my messages. I understand that schedules get busy and over committing can happen...no issue at all with that. However, failing to communicate and ghosting new clients is not at all professional.

I had a conversation with the owner on July 1st. He said he was about a week out. Texted him back with my address so that he could get me on his schedule. Texted him back on July 5th and July 11th to get a date for the repair. Today is August 3rd and I have heard nothing back. I had to locate another company to repair a leak.
I allied Prestigious pools and the owner promised to send done one to give me an estimate. If they came. You came still waiting
Geo and his team did an amazing job resurfacing our pool. They took a pool that was in serious disrepair that was 40 years old and turned it into a modern oasis.

The Prestigious team was exactly what I needed. I sent a request on a Sunday evening. They responded within an hour to set up a visit. They showed up as planned, evaluated the problem, and gave me a quote the same day. After agreeing to the work scope, they quickly jumped on the job. They were responsive, communicated consistently, and got the job done. I would highly recommended them, and they will be my go to service.

I have to say, these guys have done a phenomenal job. I thought my last pool guy was good... until he “winterized” my pool in October and left it to collect algae, turn green and fill up with leaves. Needless to say, I was pretty mad. I reached out here and heard back from Geo. He made sure to get by the house punctually, and has since made multiple trips to keep my pool in great condition. I won’t be swimming in it for a couple more months, but I’m looking forward to the summer weather and a nice clean pool. Five stars from me for this team!
