We hired Alex for replacing a leaking bathroom faucet and he finished the job very fast and is very patient for explaining the installation process. Will definitely recommend him and hire him again if there is any future plumbing issue!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely amazing service! Alex was super professional, friendly, and efficient. He quickly diagnosed the issue, replaced the hose, fixed the flush rubber, and even gave helpful advice to prevent future problems. Everything works perfectly now. Highly recommend!
Alex install 2 widespread faucets and did a great job replacing and installing everything. He ran into some roadblocks with the piping and explained how we would fix it and even come back the next day to finish up the job. I really appreciate the openness and communication we had. I would highly recommend Alex and definitely use him again if needed.
Alex helped us identify and fix a difficult to find gas link underground. He gave a competitive bid to redo the gas pipes with poly pipes rated for burial. He was responsive and finished the project in the time promised.
Well I got a first visit from a different plumber and was not happy about the cost or the extent of the job (by the way they charged for the visit) so I looked for a second opinion... I reach out to Alex and he came the very next day.. (for a free assessment). Very punctual, very professional. He told me the cost and the job would last about 3 hours.. I ordered the part (Kohler faucet set) from Home Depot and called him once I received it. He came back a couple of days later and did great job replacing the faucets on part with its estimate in cost and time... I would recommend Alex for any plumbing job. He is a good guy, honest and very competent at its job. He saved me a lot of money.. I will call him again if necessary. Alex should change his name from Pretty Good Plumbing to Excellent Plumbing
Quality of work: 5/5 Responsiveness: 5/5 Communication: 5/5 Technical acumen & Tools: 5/5 Alex instantly responded to my request and showed up on time next day. He was very professional and immediately got to fix the kitchen faucet. He had no trouble getting into the tight narrow space under the sink and had the right set of tools to get the job done. Next, bathtub spout was more complex as he had to cut the copper pipe to adjust to the new spout length. Also he made a quick trip to buy and replace bathtub drain system. Highly recommend him if you want to get good quality work done without any stress.
Great work. Super responsive. So easy to work with. Fixed faucet, drainage including p trap, and garbage disposal.
Alex installed an outdoor shower for us and did a great job! I plan on installing tile on the wall and he made room behind the fixtures for them to fit. Here’s photo’s of the work. Highly recommend him for plumbing!
Absolutely wonderful human and equally wonderful service! Alex installed new faucets for us and dealt with an unforeseen issue with patience and skill. Totally trustworthy, super hard worker… don’t think twice about hiring Pretty Good (actually, pretty awesome) Plumbing. We’ll be calling again, I’m sure!!
