He was professional, quick and thorough. We will definitely call him, again, for our fireplace cleaning.
We recently moved to Seattle and wanted to take care of some much-needed chimney repairs on our new home. After comparing several contractors, Prime Chimney stood out as the best combination of competitive pricing, quality workmanship, and overall value. Scheduling a free estimate was quick and easy, and we were extremely pleased with the quality of their work. They even offered us a significant discount to expand the original scope of repairs, allowing us to restore the entire chimney and make it look practically brand new! The only area where I felt there was room for improvement was the cleanup afterward. Some residue from removing the old chimney materials was left on our walkway and lawn, and it has been surprisingly difficult to remove. While this doesn’t take away from the quality of the actual repairs, I do wish the crew had been more thorough in cleaning up the surrounding areas before wrapping up the job. Overall, we had a great experience with Prime Chimney and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for quality chimney repairs at a fair price!
Damon is a true professional. He diagnosed the situation, provided the necessary maintenance, and answered my questions patiently. I would definitely hire him again.
this was a smooth and easy experience. Adir showed up on schedule, quickly diagnosed the problem and got our fireplace operating again. he was informative and easy to work with.
Prime Chimney was very professional and communicated the issue very clearly. They worked hard to get the project completed in a quick but efficient manner. I would definitely recommend them and will utilize them in the future.
Damon was great. He did a great cleaning of my chimney, showed me pictures, talk to me about how to take care of it and the price (very reasonable) was exactly as stated. I will look no further next time.
They responded quickly and fixed my problem with ease. Highly recommend!

Great experience. My outdoor fireplace wasn’t working. Gentlemen fixed fast and also had time to clean the glass on another indoor unit. Charges a fair fee for both. Will add to my list if vendors.
I thought Damon did a very good job in repairing my Firebox, he put in a new damper and works great. He was very professional and knew what he was doing. Yes I would recommend Prime Chimney, on time, know their product, and friendly service.
