Reviews
They did an amazing job. They took their time with every room, bathroom, refrigerators. It looks good, smells good and feels great. I will continue using them.
They did not follow my directions for cleaning my home properly according to my instructions. I have OCD and I requested that they follow one simple instruction for cleaning my bathroom that would not trigger my ocd. They repeatedly did the exact opposite of what I requested; four times. I told them to leave because I was not feeling comfortable with them cleaning my home anymore. They tried to charge me for the entire service, and when I said I wasn’t going to pay them the full amount for 1) only cleaning 1/3 of my house and 2) not following the instructions I laid out, she said she was going to report me to thumbtack. I paid her the adjusted amount of $150 on Venmo that was requested (photo attached), and I am reporting them to thumbtack for being incredibly insensitive and not following directions.
They arrived on time and did an exceptional job. Over and above what t was expecting.
Fast response, simple to book, and good quality work!
Prime Cleaning Services was on time and did an excellent job on a move out clean. The previous tenant left and made no effort to fulfill their obligation to leave the house the way they found it. Prime Cleaning Services took care of that problem. They kept me informed and completed the job quickly and efficiently. Previously dirty stove and refrigerator look great now. I would definitely use their services again and recommend them to anyone in need of a quality cleaning service. Michael B
great comminicaton and attention to detail. would book again!
We used Prime Cleaning Services for a post construction clean and they did a phenomenal job. They cleaned every single area that we asked of them and were extremely sweet. We highly recommend them for anyone who pays close attention to detail and is nit picky!
I had my first Prime Cleaning service (deep clean) today and I could not be more pleased. I knew right away that I would work with them regularly and look forward to their great services. I figured they would clean well, but it's all the details that made them stand out. How they folded certain blankets, arranged certain items, just made everything look so nice. Having a very hectic and busy work schedule with a lot of travel, having a cleaner is a treat but an amazing value and Prime has it. They arrived exactly on time and could not have been nicer.
Paloma and her team did a great job at a move out cleaning for my apartment. She communicated very well about concerns and kept me updated on the cleaning. I would recommend her services to anyone looking for a deep clean or even just a regular cleaning
