We had a whole house remodel done by Prime Construct. 2 new bathrooms, flooring, paint, entry doors and closet doors, backsplash ect. I cannot speak highly enough of this company and the gentlemen that came to work every day! The craftsmanship, attention to detail, work ethic and professionalism is top notch! I would not hesitate to recommend this company nor hire them again for another job! If you are looking for a great company and a great experience, look no further!

Reviews
They were on time to our appointment. Then once we left the responsiveness was slower. Did not respond to text or calls and had a miscommunication about a quote. People were nice and punctual, but communication was okay.
I cannot brag about this group of gentlemen more. They were all so skilled in their craft and I am genuinely impressed with their work. They made my vision come to life with ease and I am so happy with the final product. Thank you, Harold and team.!
Show up for the appointments you make. *Update: upon receiving your response I would like to clarify that I called you 20 minutes after our meeting time. It is NOT TRUE that you called me. You were confused when I called and asked if you were still coming. You were at a loss for words, then offered to come in a few hours. Your well written response to my review is obviously not the same person who answered the phone using broken English.
They came out on Monday, May 11th and said they would email an estimate by the end of the week. It's been over 2 weeks with no contact.
I had both of my bathrooms renovated by Prime Connect, and the results are absolutely stunning! Every detail turned out so beautiful. The spaces look completely transformed. What really stood out to me was how organized the project was instead of having one person handle everything, they brought in specialists for each part of the job. It made such a difference in the quality and finish of the work. I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. Highly recommend Prime Connect for anyone looking for a flawless renovation experience!
Very organized with people for different specialties. I would use them again!!
This has been by far the best experience I have ever had with a contractor/remodeling company. I have many rental homes and have used many companies in my lifetime, and this has been by far the best experience I have ever had. From being on time, the work quality, professionalism, and respect for property and cleanliness. I will never use another company again. Thank you so much for making the remodeling of my personal homes’s bathrooms an absolute pleasure. Look no further, use this company!!
I'm remodeling my bathroom and only wanted tile work done. I had my own materials. Was contacted one minute after I listed scheduled to see the job on Monday. had the quote Monday evening. started Tuesday morning. Great job highly recommend we'll use again!
The experience was great from start to finish. They did great work while prioritizing quality and customer satisfaction. Will definitely hire again if I need more work done.
