The bride is still raving about how unique and special it was because she had never done anything like it before. The food was absolutely amazing, and Chef Jerry was friendly, responsive, professional, and brought such great energy to the evening. He created a fun atmosphere while serving an incredible meal. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Absolutely Unforgettable 50th Birthday Dinner! I cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience with this Chef Jerry! He truly came in clutch at the last minute after another chef unexpectedly canceled, and I honestly believe everything worked out exactly as it was meant to. He prepared an absolutely incredible four-course dinner for seven couples to celebrate my 50th birthday, and every course was phenomenal. From the fresh focaccia and fall harvest salad to the incredible surf & turf entrée, everything was beautifully prepared and absolutely delicious. And the chocolate torte… I’m not exaggerating when I say it was one of the best desserts I have ever had in my life! 🤤 He was professional, personable, organized, and completely at ease serving such a large group. To make the evening even more special, he brought his adorable teenage daughter along to help serve. She was the sweetest, most helpful, and incredibly professional young lady, and our entire group was blown away by both of them. They helped create a dinner that was so much more than just a meal—it was a beautiful, memorable experience that I will never forget. Jerry made our experience wonderful! We had him come prepare food for our bachelorette party. There are several women with food allergies, and he went above and beyond making food that was accommodating and fantastic. I would recommend him for all your future events.
My friends and I hired Chef Jerry for a bachelorette party this weekend in Black Mountain, NC. He was so thoughtful from the first phone call I had with him until the very end! He made us a delicious 3 course meal and made our experience so easy. The tiramisu that he made was so light, airy and perfectly made (probably my favorite part of the meal other than amazing filet). Him and his daughter, Julia, were extremely kind and I would recommend him for your next event!

Jerry arrived an about 10 minutes before he said, which was perfect. He was well prepared and very engaging with our group. Jerry talked us through the meal prep and even let us try a few things. We had great conversation with him. Our group couldn’t have been more impressed with Jerry’s professionalism and the food tasted wonderful. This was our first experience with a personal chef and we absolutely enjoyed every minute of it.
Chef Jerry was an absolute pleasure to work with for a three-night private chef experience at our house in Lake Toxaway, NC. From the very first message, he was easy to communicate with and sent over beautifully detailed menus that made the planning process simple and fun. Over the three nights, he treated us to Mexican, Italian, and American barbecue — each meal was distinct, flavorful, and clearly made with real care and skill. I can’t say enough good things about my experience with this chef. From start to finish, the level of professionalism was outstanding. He was punctual, incredibly responsive, and communicated with me clearly throughout the entire planning process leading up to the event. No detail was left unaddressed. The food itself was exceptional. Every dish was beautifully prepared and presented, and the taste more than lived up to the presentation. Everything was excellent, plain and simple. What impressed me most was his ability to work efficiently in a smaller space while preparing a full dinner for nine people without missing a beat. That takes real skill and composure. If you’re considering hiring him, don’t hesitate. He was very charismatic and just added to the wonderful experience that he was already giving to us. I was beyond impressed and would welcome him back anytime.
