I had an unexpected situation on Friday when a raccoon damaged my roof vent, entered through the opening, and ended up getting trapped in my ceiling. Thankfully, I was able to get the raccoon out myself. But I needed someone to inspect the damage and repair the roof vent as soon as possible. I reached out to several roofing contractors, but Prime DN Construction LLC was by far the most helpful and responsive. They came out Saturday morning to inspect the damage, provided me with a quote that evening, and returned Sunday morning to complete the work. They were extremely punctual, professional, and accommodating throughout the entire process. They even went above and beyond by doing additional work just to help me out, which I genuinely appreciated. They also provided photos and videos documenting their work, exactly as I had requested, so I could see that everything was properly installed and secured. There were no hidden fees or unexpected charges, and they delivered exactly what we agreed upon. Thank you so much for coming out on such short notice and helping me resolve a stressful situation! I really appreciate your professionalism, honesty, and willingness to go the extra mile. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable roofing contractor!
Dashi and the team at Prime DN were fantastic to work with. They were very responsive- great communication throughout the process- and their work was very high quality. I felt the very good value also. I would absolutely recommend them and plan to use them again
I posted a request for a small repair of siding on my home. 3 responses came in from Thumbtack but only DN followed up. They showed up the next day, gave a very competitive quote, and did a great job right then. They also walked the property and pointed out several areas that needed attention and I hired them to do that. So far, very please with pricing and quality of work.
fixed my siding quickly and for a very good price
Quick and efficient and did a great job!
The workmen responded extremely quickly, quoted me a fantastic price, arrived perfectly on time, the time that I most preferred, got the work done efficiently, were kind and informative, and in all ways good.
