Prime Home tech responded urgently with a free estimate to our crawl space flooding and was able to quickly assess the situation.
Company assisted in resolving part of my need however was very overpriced for a very short job and overlooked issues I asked to be done. I felt more like this was a money grab than a reliable service. There was still quite a bit of moisture in my dry wall that another tech hired had to tell me because this one confirmed there was no need of fans when there actually was. Asked for a quote to further assist with the issue and was overpriced again for items that weren’t needed. Found a tech that resolved the prior issue overall and fixed the entire issue for a fraction of the cost.
We had Prime out to survey water damage in our home. Not only was scheduling difficult, but everything the technician said about what was causing the damage and the scope of work for the repair was wrong and overinflated. For example, he was unshakably confident in his assessment that the water was coming from a crack in the foundation (it was from a broken pipe) and that removing our glued in floor boards would be much harder and take much longer than nailed-in boards (the opposite is true according the people we hired). Recommend avoiding.

They were quick to respond and were clean, but I agree with the other reviews of being arbitrarily charged for more after an initial estimate. It started out as $1300 to do the job and then by then end it was $2000 because they “did not account for a double wall.” They also took up to 2 weeks to respond with giving me the initial estimate for the job. Started off strong then lost transparency and consistency as the job went on.

Prime Home Tech was very responsive with their communication and were able to come out immediately and identify the cause of the water and mold, set us up with a plumber who could come out on a weekend to stop the leak, and then have their repair crew come out the following week to put everything back together as it was before. They also made sure we had all of the information we needed to have the work covered by insurance, which was very much appreciated. Would definitely work with them again.
