They are shady and do not provide any detail on their prices. I was told how much a few of their services would cost, then they decided to bill me based on perceived "complexity". Never working with them again

Reviews
They called me, 5 minutes after my post on Thumbtack. He arrived at my door 90 minutes later and the repair was completed in 30 minutes. Excellent
After submitting my thumbtack request this company respond quickly and got me in immediately. I appreciate that. They also provide the locks which is great.
The service and quality of work were excellent, but the lack of pricing transparency was disappointing. I was told I’d receive pricing options before they start but that never happened, and I was surprised with a charge of over $300 to unlock the door. Clearer upfront communication would have made the experience much smoother
I was very happy with the results of my emergency call with Prime. The tech Oscar was awesome. I will definitely recommend this company!
Not very organized. Had 3 different employees reaching out all at the same time. Had to confirm identity on here to sort through all the spamming. When I let them know I found a reliable pro for a better price and declined, they made some comments about not trusting foreigners. Assumed I was just ignorant or something and didn’t confirm the competition was legit. Not the type of company I want working on my home. They won’t be getting any business from me.
A good value and accountability are a winning combination for these locksmiths, no pun intended!
He was very good and helped me by making changes I requested.
Locked keys out of car. Someone came and got my car open in less than an hour.
Brandon did an excellent job installing all of my locks. He was very knowledgeable, but also very efficient so he didn’t spend hours installing them.
