Needed a quick window repair and Prime Open jumped right on it. Clearly explained what was needed, quoted a reasonable price, and finished the job off promptly. Would absolutely turn to again.

Responded immediately. Did the research and recommended the best door for my needs. Installed and measured same day. Removed all lid door. Will definitely call again
KY contacted me about my broken double hung window. he advised he had availability on Friday afternoon to come by and look at the job. He did and yes he could fix the window and replace the glass. All done in an afternoon very satisfied with the results. Great job n highly recommend. Good communication/follow up.
It was a shaky start due to a misunderstanding but they were very responsive and quickly offered to rectify the problem.
Showed up the same day and fixed our window within three hours. Other companies said it would take 3-4 weeks. Five stars!!
This was as bad an an experience. Despite coordinating the date-time for the technican's visit, he never showed up at the scheduled time. Did not pick up any of my calls either. He also marked my project as complete on Thumbtack before even seeing the issue, providing a quote, or in any way starting the project. I suspect this was done to prevent other vendors from servicing the project request and providing a quote. Totally disgusted with the service.
We had an excellent experience with Prime Open KY and Kairat. We originally contacted them just to get a quote for replacing one window. The pricing was very reasonable, and after talking with Kairat and seeing how knowledgeable and responsive he was, we decided to expand the project to replace the windows throughout our entire house. Kairat arranged the window order and shipment very quickly, and his team completed 26 windows and doors in about two weeks. The quality of the installation was excellent. What impressed me most was Kairat’s communication and attention to detail. He is very responsive, takes responsibility when something needs to be addressed, and always tries to find a good solution. He genuinely cares about his customers and makes sure the work is done properly. We are very happy with the final result and would definitely work with Kairat and his team again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for window or door installation.
although punctual, in my window unit replacement need, he was unaware of the few outlets which can supply it. If I was replacing entire 4 pane unit, this contractor would probably have done a good job
Three hours for a new window. Can’t ask for more than that. Fair market price for the repair with quality materials.
We were very impressed with this company. Not only was he immediately available but very reasonably priced. The job was very well done. We will certainly call him again.
Kairat was the only one of 8 companies that I called to repair 3 of my 47 year old windows that would not stay open. They advised me to get new windows. He arrived the day he said he would at 6pm on a Friday. It took him about 2 hours to complete the job. He is very knowledgeable about window repair. He was polite and very professional. If you have old windows that won’t stay open call Kairat.
I am impressed with the quality of the work and very fair price.
Outstanding work. Responsive, courteous, professional, fast, and did the bay window repair right the first time. Highly recommended
Good communication and did a great job repairing the window. Seamless process! I would hire again!
This was our second time working with Kairat and he did a great job. He is focused, thorough and has fair pricing. I highly recommend him for any door repair or installation.

Prime Open came and absolutely delivered! I originally reached out while searching for someone to do the trim work around my patio door, and he responded almost immediately. From the fast communication to completing the job the very same day, the entire experience was outstanding. He came by to take measurements, picked up all the materials, and had the trim professionally installed within just a couple of hours. The craftsmanship, efficiency, and professionalism were top-notch. I’ve never had a contractor respond and complete quality work this quickly. I highly recommend Prime Open to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality work, and I’ll definitely be hiring him again for future projects!
I had a great experience! He repaired my bi-fold door and installed a childproof lock for my toddler. He was punctual, responsive, and very professional throughout the process. I highly recommend him!
