Excellent experience with Kevin! Called me back within 5 min of me requesting quote; he was upfront, professional, and punctual. Was able to get the job done same day. Very thorough, responsive, and made the entire process smooth. I only wish we would’ve found him much sooner! Definitely keeping his information for future recommendations.

Kevin was super quick to respond and come out. He also says he beats the competitors price....and he did! Super happy with his work. Looks fantastic
Amazing experience. I contacted the company and they responded right away. Not even 24 hours later the job was completed and everything for a fair price!
Kevin was great with the whole process of getting my roof repairs completed. Great communication, very reasonable pricing and worked very quickly. Would definitely call back in the future if needed.
Never showed up for appointment today. After accommodating tech schedule from Saturday. only changing as owner reached out and stated he would come out himself as he doesn't know why his employee never showed up.
Great experience! Very honest about the work that need to be done. Did the necessary repairs quickly and efficiently. Will use his services again if needed.
Came out quickly for estimate after hurricane Milton tore off a lot of my shingles. Fixed shortly after estimate. Great communication
Kevin the owner was able to fix my roof immediately after Hurricane Milton! Once he came to my neighborhood he was busy and earned additional business. He was only an hour late but kept me updated with the status of everything. With traffic and power outages all over the place we are grateful to have our roof repaired. I disagree with the one stars below, this guy is a professional roof installer. Not an inspector to find leaks in an attics or determine if the wood is rotted that’s covered by paint. Support your locals and do whats right.
Stay away from Tropical Roofing Services LLC. I called them up for a leak that I had & after going on the roof they quoted me $1500 and I was assured 3 times verbally & in writing that their work is guaranteed for one year. A few hours after the job was done the same spot started leaking but this time the leak was 4times as much as before. They showed up the next day saying the problem could be due to my gutter! They changed the angle of the gutter and left without even notifying me. Again, it rained and the leak was as before. This time he texted me that he will send out his gutter guy to assess my situation & if the problem wasn't solved he will refund my money. His gutter guy never showed up but did tell me that he had seen the video from the leak & it did not look that the leak would have anything to do with the gutter. After this Tropical Roofing Services LLC stopped answering any calls or texts. I hired another company & after going into my attic , they showed me the picture of where the leak was from, it turned out the spot that Tropical Roofing had fixed had nothing to do with where the leak was actually from. I recommand to stay away from TROPICAL ROOFING Services LLC if you work hard for your money and don't want further damage to your roof.
They arrived in time, good service. Thank you!
