Very professional and helped me with everything I needed, pc was down for two days and was up when he helped solve my pc problems. Great guy and highly recommend!
Richard turned up when expected a nd identified my computer problem almost immediately. He then improved my computers performance and explained everything great detail. l definitely recommend him to anyone needing professional computer service .
Richard responded to my call and set up meeting for following day. After reviewing computer and multitude of issues recommended, purchasing new computer that would allow me better usage. Appreciate his workmanship and honesty. Thank you Richard.
While Richard is a professional computer tech, what was important for me was the value of his expertise and responsiveness to what I needed to be accomplished in the restoration of a ‘new to me’ HP computer. I would recommend his services.
Richard was on time, and got it fixed. What more could I want? -Skip
Richard was easy to deal with, quickly identified the problems and stayed for the duration until those problems were resolved.
Richard was very professional, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions in "layman's terms". He installed additional software for malware and virus protection, deleted unnecessary files, and set up a defragmented program which was not on my CPU. I would highly recommend Richard Homan with Primed PC LLC for any computer assistance.
Very professional nice to deal with. Very fair pricing I will be using him again.
When i hired Richard from Primed PC I could'nt have got anyone better to come to my home and help me with my computer problems he went above and beyond for me thank you, i enjoyed my time we spent together and consider richard a friend thank you richard .
Dealing with Richard was a very pleasant experience… He went above and beyond with his willingness to make sure my problems were solved ! I highly recommend !!!!
Dean was amazing! He was super helpful and informative. My husband built me a gaming PC so we could play together (his second build) but we ran into some snags that were beyond our knowledge. We messaged Prime PC and I had a voicemail on my phone right away from Dean. I called him back and he walked us through quite a bit of troubleshooting. Ultimately we scheduled a time for him to come in two days later (do to me and my husbands schedule). He fixed the issue in no time and even stayed to help us with the rest of the set up process. He gave us lots of tips and tricks for the components we chose and even gave us some really cool game recommendations! 10/10 would hire again and we’d recommend him to anyone with a tech snag! Also an enjoyable guest! Thank you Dean!
