Found PrimeElectric on Thumbtack, and sooo glad I did!! Response time was almost immediate with Andrew coming to view job that I needed completed. Upon inspection, I decided to have my electrical panel upgraded as it was older and definitely was causing issues. Prime Electric could complete the job next day. They came the next morning with the whole team. Andrew, Hunter, and Charlton. They contacted the Electrical Utility Board to cut power, and replaced my electrical panel, some wiring/outlet issues and brought everything up to code. They called for inspection, and it was passed with no issues. Now we can rest well knowing we are safe. We chose the right team, hope you do the same if you're looking for an electrical company to treat you right. Respectfully, responsive, reliable, and real down to earth team! What more could you ask for?

These guys were amazing. I’ll definitely use them again.
Absolutely fantastic company! We had an electrical emergency on a Saturday morning, and Prime Electric responded within 30 minutes. They quickly diagnosed the problem and immediately began repairs. What turned out to be a complicated job was completed in just a few hours, getting us back up and running the same day. The repair required a new breaker panel and generator transfer box, both of which were ordered on Saturday and professionally installed by Tuesday. For both appointments, the technicians arrived exactly when promised, worked efficiently, and handled everything in a highly professional manner. My husband and I recommend Prime Electric without hesitation and are extremely grateful for their prompt, knowledgeable, and dependable service.
Awesome job well done!
