He clearly knew what he was doing! Opened panels and flipped switches to rapidly put the machine through multiple functions in order to figure out the source of the problem and fix it. He fixed my machine in less than an hour for a very reasonable price! It was also great that he responded to my request quickly and was able to schedule the service call for the same day.
Alex responded quickly to my message, arriving within the hour. He easily diagnosed the leaky water tubing and replaced it without issue. He cleaned up and was on his way quickly. Good job!
Don’t hire! First time- showed up late - we weren’t able to let him in (but somehow it was our fault-what a service right), second time-didn’t show up, went to another location, how he said, and didn’t call, then said it’s a lock problem… which I ran diagnostics and I told him it was water intake indicator. Asked for “special lock part” repair $200 which we paid and washer still doesn’t work… so overall he doesn’t know shit about washers.
The repair took 2 days, first diagnosis was not accurate but, Alex found the problem after troubleshooting for an hour. The cost unfortunately was more than I expected but I needed the washer machine fixed.
The problem with my washer did not come up when the repairman was here, but overall, it was a good experience.
I was able to get a same day appointment, he found my issue quickly and gave me a great price! Thanks you!

Awesome work. I had 2 people come out prior to and they couldn’t figure out what the issue was and I wasted so much money. But Alex came and fixed it in less than an hour.

I think the work was great, however I was told it would be $65 over messages. But in person was charged $70. I didn't question the extra $5 , but I think if you want to charge more you should just be honest. Because it feels slightly dishonest to not stand on your word.
